Ribble Valley & Lancashire Wedding and Equine Photographer.
As some of you are aware, I also cover equestrian photography as well as newborn, family and wedding photography. I love all areas that I cover for different reasons.
Anyway, earlier this week, I met up with Linda and her lovely horse, Gracie at their home in Altham. I say their home as Linda is lucky enough to be able to keep her horse at home. In fact, Linda's bedroom overlooks Gracie's stable! Every little girls dream!
Gracie is a beautiful mare. She stands at approx 17hh and loves hacking, jumping and dressage. She truly is a wonderful girl that just wants to please. You'll be surprised to hear that I wanted to keep her. This is getting a bit of a habit now....
Getting Gracie to pose for the photo shoot was easy. Linda had her favorite treat in her pocket - polo mints. I also had a bag of treats in my pocket to get her attention. The only issue was, Tom, the coloured cob decided he wanted in on the action. You can see him photo bombing one of the photographs. He got bored after a while and went to graze. The same can't be said for Linda's spaniels. 2 out of the 3 of them wanted to sit on my feet or my knee the whole time. They were so adorable that I had to take some shots of them too!
I loved this shoot so much. What wasn't to like? I was outside with a beautiful horse and fabulous dogs - perfect!
Thank you so much Linda. You guys were amazing!
